The City Council Committee of the Whole serves the following special roles: budget coordination, capital improvements program, planning coordination, city manager evaluation, legislative program, review or issues or proposals involving more than one Council Committee and review of issues of an exceptional nature. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a Project update to the Committee of the Whole.
